Founded by Edwin Voskanian, VID’s experience in commercial real estate dates back to 1998. Edwin began his career in commercial real estate brokerage at the prestigious commercial investment real estate firm, Marcus and Millichap. Edwin represented buyers and sellers in multifamily, retail, industrial, and land transactions. Since 1998, he and the company have been involved inover half a billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions across twelve states, including California, Nevada, Utah, Texas, Washington, New Mexico, Georgia, North Carolina, and Michigan.
